*** BRAG ALERT *** A proud Mama shares: Hi PIES!!! I have some AWESOME news that I hope will encourage fellow PIES!!!! My recently turned 5 yr old has never shown any interest in potty training! He was non verbal up until 6-8 months ago but still doesnt have the words to tell me he has to potty or has had a movement. He wouldnt alert me in any way if he had wet/poopy diaper We (me and his team of ABA therapists) have put off potty training for a while but this week we decided to go for it! Well..... After a tough first day.... today is Day 4 and the second day OF NO ACCIDENTS!!!!! Seriously NO ACCIDENTS!!!! Ok he still needs a lot of prompting and reminders but HE TOTALLY GETS IT!!! I actually feel like he is all damn mama! FINALLY!!)lol. The moral of my story is GO FOR IT! Have faith in your kiddos! Its a hard few days but they will amaze you!!! Now what can I spend that extra $60 a month on????!!!!
