BREAKING: Hawaii bills being heard the criminalize the poor and homeless. HB1660 and HB2409 seek to fine and potentially incarcerate the most vulnerable in Hawaii who have nowhere to go. Do the right thing. Please submit testimony in OPPOSITION by Tuesday, March 18th. Hawaii needs a compassionate and effective way to solve houselesness.
