BREAKING: Less than 24 hours before a three-day jury trial would begin, a plea agreement was reached between murder suspect Christopher Jerel Moseley and the Buckingham County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office on Monday. According to E.M. Wright, Jr., Buckingham’s Commonwealth’s Attorney, “the defendant plead guilty to first degree murder of Alexis Rose, in violation of 18.2-32 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, and stipulated that the evidence was sufficient to show him guilty of the charge.” See Wednesdays edition of The Farmville Herald for complete details on the plea agreement, available online this evening at farmvilleherald.
