BREAKING NEWS: BNP slap down Labour BNP councillors secured one huge victory yesterday as malicious trumped up charges brought about by the Labour Party were thrown out of court. Both councillors were arrested for supposed race hate charges, which were then reduced to a public order offence with a racial element. In the course of two court appearances, the BNP legal team lodged a superb legal argument highlighting the fundamental flaws in this witch hunt and listing no less than five legal reasons why the case was a sham and should be thrown out. The court accepted the legal argument and threw the case out. We are delighted to announce that yesterday a “notice of discontinuation” was issued in the case of the Crown V Cllr Dawn Charlton and Cllr Clive Jefferson. Cllr Jefferson stated, Were delighted that the case has been thrown out of court. This whole episode proves just how desperate the Labour Party is. The Establishment political parties continue to lie and mislead the British people but the Labour Party has betrayed the British people like no other.
