Reliable information shows that Nana Akufo-Addo and his Mafias have met and briefed him that his chances of winning in 2016 is very slim bcos of his waning popularity and ailing health. Infact, he was was even rushed to hospital not long ago in UK. Yaw Osafo Marfo, Hackman Owusu Agyemang and Gabby Otchere Darko were all involved. So the agreement was that, if Nana contests for the primaries, in November 2016, he will resign on health grounds to allow Dr Bawumia to go bcos they are afraid of Alan taking control of the party.
