BREAKING NEWS: Pennsylvania SPCA charges Lancaster County woman with 72 counts of animal cruelty! The Pennsylvania SPCA today announced it has filed 72 summary citations for animal cruelty against Barbara Dienner of Ballstown Road, Lititz, PA for unsanitary confinement and lack of necessary veterinary care. The charges stem from the rescue of 62 dogs and puppies at Dienner’s property by the PSPCA’s Humane Law Enforcement team on December 16, 2014.
