BREAKING NEWS: Police are searching for two gunmen after a man was attacked in his home at Brinsmead about 2.30pm today. Armed police have swooped on Shale St at Brinsmead where the attack took place. They are looking for two men in their mid-20s, dressed in black, wearing balaclavas and believed to be armed with a single barrel shotgun and a pistol. Police are searching Goomboora Park and the areas around Cool Waters Caravan Park as well as canefields towards St Andrews College at Redlynch. The college was placed in lockdown after reports the gunmen were in canefields behind the school. Police are also looking for a white 2000 Holden Commodore car.
