BREAKING: SLS v. FRCN: Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has won his case against the FRCN (Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria). The Federal High Court in Lagos, Justice Tsoho has ruled that the now-discredited FRCN (thanks to its witch-hunting, unprofessional and unethical jamboree against the CBN): 1. FRCN acted ultra vires its powers in investigating Sanusi and the CBN; 2. that FRCN breached SLSs fundamental right to fair hearing, 3. FRCN acted in bad faith and with impunity and 4. The FRCN cannot investigate SLS or the CBN and be prosecutor and judge in its own cause. A bloody nose once again to the Jonathanians!
