BREAKING: Several law enforcement teams are surrounding a home on the 100 block of W. Luby in San Diego, TX. We have confirmed that a suspect is inside the home and has a gun. This after he allegedly shot another man, who was taken to Christus Spohn Alice and is listed in stable condition.
