BURKINA FASO: Hundreds of protestors gathered in Ouagadougou on Sunday to oppose a military take over, calling for a return of power to civil authorities. The protest comes as Lieutenant-Colonel Isaac Zida was declared the head of state on Saturday following days of violent protests that resulted in the ousting of president Blaise Compaore on Friday.
