BUSHFIRE ADVICE MESSAGE: ECHUNGA - Reduced Threat Message Issued: 16:22 18/11/2013 The CFS advises that the threat posed by the ECHUNGA fire near Hack Range and Strathalbyn Rd Echunga has reduced. Although the threat has reduced, be aware that some risks are still present. There may be smoke in the area. Visibility may be reduced and there may be falling trees. Check your property for any fires and embers - particularly in roof spaces, under decks, raised floors and in gutters. Take care in the fire area over the next few days. Stay tuned to your local emergency broadcast radio station on a battery-powered radio for further updates on the fire situation.
