**BUYER BEWARE** For anyone buying cakes and cupcakes from people online (facebook/Twitter etc.) Please make sure to ask if they are HSE Registered and approved? Are the baking and decorating in a clean, hygienic environment? Have they been qualified in HACCP? If they are selling FRESH CREAM goods or CREAM CHEESE goods, are they licensed to be selling HIGH RISK products? We have learned that some party goers have ended up very sick from a local (unregistered, unlicensed, uninsured, unqualified) home baker just this past weekend! Please take the time to find out more about the products you are buying, it may be cheaper for a good reason!! We have all our Certificates and Qualifications proudly on display for all customers to see!
