BUYERS BEWARE! I do not know which site I had purchased these from, but I wanted to make everyone aware..I paid $60 for clothing for my nieces from a Breanna Poland Shoemaker, or Breanna Poland which ever name she is going by... Its funny because the clothing said EUC Girls clothing size 5/6 the clothes were size 4-7 some were boys, and while granted the pants were okay condition, none of the shirts were usuable because of stains, and some of the sweatpants had holes in them! I texted her to let her know politely that I wanted a refund, at first her husband wrote me and told me she was as work.. I am like whatever, we were to meet at 6 I asked for them to meet me earlier at 4 I texted them at 4:45 to say I wanted a refund and now all of a sudden she was at work.. If she had to work at 4:45 then how the heck was she to meet me at our first scheduled time of 6.. So I left it go waited until today, and I texted them again... She told me that the clothes were not stained when she gave them to me.. So apparently in her mind I put those stains and holes on the clothes when I do not even have a little girl, they were bought for my nieces.. And I wrote her with in a half hour of getting the clothes.. But yup I put those stains and holes there, I also put boys clothes in the lot.. I mean seriously.. She then told me she wrote AS IS in the description.. Which I have the original screen shot where it shows she wrote Girls clothing size 5/6 EUC.. She then went in and edited the description to have it say AS IS condition... Thinking no one would notice.. I mean just for her to put AS IS after they said EUC shows that she was guilty the whole time.. She then proceeded to call me a liar, and tell me to leave her alone.. I told her I was contacting the state police, and that is exactly what I did I printed off all the evidence for them to see, how the pictures look totally different then the clothing, meaning it did not show stains, how the original post said EUC and not AS IS, and all of the text messages showing how she was not willing to fix this! The state police told me to file a report up at the civil court which I did, and told me to take pictures of the clothing showing the date and time, so I had that as evidence.. The deputy was very nice, and said he doesnt think that they could file a police report because it was a civil matter, but he will speak with higher ups to see what they think.. He told me he thinks he might be able to get her for theft.. But he told me the best thing to do would be to file a law suit against her.. Which I did.. I know it was only $60 but I am getting very tired of people ripping me off on these sites.. I know I should of looked through the entire bag before purchasing but to sit there and look through $60 worth of clothes, I should have to.. I did look through the top pieces and of course she put the best ones on top.. RIDICULOUS! After numerous text messages to this girl, and her telling me to message her on facebook I am wasting her track phone minutes I get on line to write her to see what she is willing to do in regards to this, and she completely blocks me and moves the post all together! I even tried to work with this girl on the clothes and asked her to at least give me partial refund! But all she kept saying was I was lying and the clothes were not like that when she gave them to me! I mean forreal, if they were not like that how were they stained a half hour after me picking them up.. I guess I want home and ripped the clothes up and rolled them around in dirt, and poured stuff all over them. I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware of this.. So you do not buy from her without looking at items first! Again her name is Breanna Poland Shoemaker.. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT ITEMS>> and admins I have all the original post pictures, all the text messages, and all the messages from facebook if you need proof.. Because I know this girl will continue to try to lie her way out of this! I even took pictures of the clothing to show that they are stained, have holes, some are boys clothes, and that there are in deed size 4s and 7s while yes most are 5/6 but they are still unusable because of the condition they are in.. To pay $60 for 65 pieces of stained clothing.. COME ON NOW! I know the admins can not do anything for me and I understand that.. I am not asking them to do anything. Just trying to make other buyers aware of this situation, so they are not jipped out of money themselves.
