BUYING SECONDHAND TICKETS - ADVICE & F.A.QS Tickets have started fly out once more with us in the top ten selling section on Skiddle two weeks prior to the event and alongside shows like Ultra Festival Europe 2014 & Creamfields 2014 is an utterly awesome show of strength from the Bounce scene (You guys ROCK). So as you can imagine with high sales we are receiving a lot of the same questions about our tickets and system we use on the night so read on to answer your questions. If there is anything else you need to know reply to this post and well add a response. Q) Can I buy a ticket from someone else even though it has their name on it? A) Yes, but guys can you please make sure if you buy tickets from a third party that you have all the relevant details such as full name, postcode and last 4 digits of the card number used to buy the tickets, just jot it down on your ticket at the time of purchase so you dont have to worry about that on the night. We have a secure LIVE scan system running on the door and if your ticket is scanned in by anyone else prior to you, entry will be refused. This is not scare mongering, if you buy from trusted friends/people you know and have the relevant info youll be absolutely fine , but what we dont want is you buying from random people on the internet OR the ticket touts outside the venue as the event is becoming a magnet for people trying to make a quick a buck from honest folks like you. Q) Can I buy/upgrade to VIP on the door? A) Once our allocation of VIPs are sold out there will be no more available to buy on the door we advise you to buy VIPS as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, Q) Ive brought 12 tickets via the same E-Ticket barcode but only 8 of us are arriving at the start with the rest of our party arriving later on, what do we do? A) Your E-Ticket barcode can be printed off and given to your party individually if needed BUT remember you run the risk of it being used by people that have not paid and the scanners will detect this and deny entry, our advice is to have one or two people in your group as the main ticket holders. When you arrive the scanner will detect 12 people we select 8 and give your party entry, the next time the barcode is scanned 4 tickets will be available to your party. Q) Do I need to buy tickets or can i pay on the door? A) We will be having pay on the door entry lane but if the event reaches capacity then this wont be an option so we advise buying tickets. Q) Ive lost my ticket but I still have my order number can I have another ticket? A) Unfortunately the answer is no, your tickets should be kept in a safe place as they cannot be replaced. Q) Where do i go when I get to the venue? A) Lanes will clearly be marked with ticket information so you can ensure if you are VIP or Standard you will be in the correct lane, during the event we will also have security and stewards ushering people into the correct lanes.
