Back Blast!! Superset: Pullups: 10 reps Body weight rows: 10 reps (Ideally, youd use a squat rack for the rows and get more parallel to the floor. All the squat racks were in use when I was doing this. Makin it work!!) 6 sets. No rest between supersets. Giant Set: Bent over DB rows: 10 reps Rear Delt Flys: 10 reps (These arent really a back movement. Its shoulder. But after yesterdays chest workout, I felt like I needed some shoulder opening.) Seated Cable Low Rows: 10 reps 6 sets. No rest between giant sets. Stretch and roll!!!
