Back Pregnancy care tips Exercises to keep you fit during pregnancy Women should keep themselves fit during the time of pregnancy. One thing that you to keep in mind during pregnancy is dont exhaust yourself. You can do your regular exercises like yoga, swimming and aerobics but when you do this tell your trainer that you are pregnant. Its strictly prohibited to do strenuous exercises that may affect your pregnancy. The things that you should keep in your mind during pregnancy are listed below. If you are a beginner in exercises do not strain your self. Just start with simple exercises like prenatal yoga and remember that at first you should exercise not more than 10-15 min. If you feel any discomfort during exercise your body will tell you. Listen to your body and act accordingly. Wear comfortable clothes during exercise Drink plenty of water Avoid exercise in hot weather Dont choose rocky or hard terrain for exercise Avoid contact sports Do not give strain to your lower back during exercise Stretch and relax yourself before exercise Include fruits, vegetables and carbohydrate rich food ion your diet
