Back. To. Work! Here are some quick moves you can do anywhere to get your sweat on today: 1) Jumping Jacks/Press Jacks: Do jumping jacks for 10 seconds, then switch to press jacks for 10 seconds. Repeat! Make sure you increase your speed on your repeat :) 2) Mountain Climbers: Go on the ground into plank position & move your feet like you are running. Vary your speed every 10 seconds. See how fast you can move your feet! 3) Squat jumps: Start in a squatting position with one foot forward. Jump & turn your feet 180 degrees. Make sure you keep your chest up & try to touch the ground with your hand. For an added challenge, jump really high as you turn! 4) Slalom Jumps: Jump side to side as if you are hopping over two towels. You can even place 2 towels on the ground if you wont trip over them! 5) Donkey Kicks: These are SO FUN! Get in a crouching position & kick your feet up and out. When you land, kick one foot through.
