Back & Triceps Wednesday The usual 10 min EMOTM cross trainer warmup 1) Aided triceps dips 2) Seated pulldowns 3) Standing Lat push downs (cable) 4) Cable row Apparently its not a good idea to add a lot of weight on the Cable row the day after leg day. So now I have a pulled hamstring, mildly, but it still hurts like a brother tucker :/ I immediately stopped working out after that and spent about 45 minutes in the stretching area instead. Injuries suck... On the positive side; this might be the incentive I need to start working on biceps and abs :)
