Back day is one of my favorite muscle groups to train especially because there is such a variety of exercises you can do for it The exercise I am performing in this video is a Seated Row and I absolutely love doing this exercise, especially when I mix it up with super setting which is an exercise performed straight after another When doing Seated Rows your main objective is to build back thickness to pronounce detail in the lat spread or back double biceps shot, especially if your interested in competing The muscles that are used while performing a Seated Row; is the trapezius muscles, latissimus dorsi, the erector spinae, rear deltoids, biceps, biceps brachialis, and forearm flexors. So girls dont shy away from this amazing exercise as the benefits from it are totally worth it at the end of the day
