Back from KMP study and a retreat in the nature with mountain trekking, completely with no internet, immersing in and witnessing the surrounding of nature before us. The indepth study of free efforts, efforts, shaping in planes and shaping in direction led me even deeper clarity about self and for my work. The materials further enhance, enrich and deepen my walk in personal life and my work as a dance therapist and educator. Finally after the 8 years of studying, I embrace the whole system of KMP. The materials have set a deep imprint on my personal development and growth other than my professional work. ~ Elizabeth
