Bail plea of global tiger skin trader chacha rejected again......... For such people only provision of No FIR..No Chargesheet...shoot where ever me meet should be there.. In a big relief to the beleaguered forest department, the judicial magistrate first class (JMFC) AY Borkar on Thursday rejected the bail application of biggest international tiger skin and body parts trader Suraj Pal alias Chacha. This is for the second time his bail application has been rejected. Shukul contended that it was Chacha who financed Sarju to the tune of Rs 20 lakh to procure the five tiger skins from here and further sold it for Rs 35 lakh to Sonam, a Tibetan trader. He argued that Chacha was a hardened criminal and had a long history of poaching since 1972 when the Wildlife Protection Act came into force. Granting bail to Chacha would adversely influence the investigation and also alert absconding traders, some of whom are outside India. He made mention of CBI dossier that made a mention of Chacha along with dreaded tiger skin trader Sansar Chand. Shukul said Chacha had taken over the syndicate of Sansar Chand.
