:) Banana Fritter Bites (and Pikelets) (Gluten Free/No Added Sugar) Ingredients: 2 Large Bananas cut into 1 pieces 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (I used Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour) 1 Cup Low Fat Milk 1 Egg Method: Mix Egg, Flour and Milk into a Batter Pick up banana pieces with a fork and coat in batter mix then drop into the deep fryer, cook until Golden Brown. I cut each Banana into 6 pieces which created 12 Banana Fritter Bites. Spoon remaining mix onto a pancake pan using a tablespoon, makes 8 additional pikelets. (Great Breakfast Treat for the morning) Dessert and Breakfast for 2 Gluten Free or not its a great treat!!!! facebook/groups/katydaveybryan/
