(MBI) and BancCentral, National Association (BCNA) announced the execution of agreements with Southwest Bancorp, Inc. to purchase branch banks in Anthony, KS and Harper KS. BancCentral has purchased $123 million in combined holdings in the Anthony and Harper marketplaces. It has been our desire to offer banking services to more customers in our surrounding area. The main office, located in Alva, Okla., with branches in Woodward, Enid, and soon Anthony and Harper, will provide the opportunity to offer premiere banking services in some of the best communities around, stated Kyle Hughbanks, President and CEO, MBI and BCNA.
