Banishing carbs will lead to storing more fat in the long run. Instead, control your carb intake, to stimulate the appetite repressing hormone leptin and kick-start your metabolism. I suggest to cut the fruits at night (simple carbs) and have a small portion of complex carbs. Breakfast and lunch have to have complex carbohydrate and fruits present as they are the "food" for the brain and muscles! Keep smiling!
