Govt and IBA are worried about the Banks profits. UFBU and unions are worried about their own benefits, retirement and pension benefits (bcz maximum of them are already retired or in the verge of retirement). Normal bankers are interested in their wage revision, DA increase and transfer to their home town. But there are much more than all these are happening with lot of people like these who decide to take a OFF from this wonderful life given by the God leaving their loved ones in unimaginable trouble. Why so many suicide cases in the last 4-6 months? Target Pressure? Odd working hours? Not having the very much required family and social life? Anyone noting all these incidents?
