Barkley is looking for a new forever home! He is a German short haired Pointer (GSD) He is 8 months old and is an absolute joy! Hes very handsome, smart, obedient and very very affectionate , he is house trained and sleeps in his crate. He is very good with other animals and children, and just loves to be around people , (and if you let him he loves to snuggle up to you on the sofa,) so can get a bit lonely if left on his own. Ideally Barkleys new home should be with someone or a family that have plenty if time to devote to him and not leave him cooped up in a house all day Barkley is going to be very big, he already is at this age, so he is going to need a lot of space and lots and lots of exercise. Ideally some where with a large garden, fields,or a farm . He is true to his gun dog breed, he has a strong pointing instinct whether it be on the beach with the seagulls or in the park with the crows, so could maybe even work. He has a fifth generation pedigree and has had all the necessary checks and immunisations. At the moment he lives with his owner who is finding it increasingly hard to give Barkley what he needs due to the demands of his business and a change in circumstances and its with great regret that he has to let Barkley go. He lives in Potters Bar, but occasionally visits Bognor Regis, so if you or someone you know are interested in giving this beautiful dog a loving, home and can give him all the things he needs for the rest of his life , then please message me for a chat.
