Barrow Hill Roundhouse is honoured to be hosting the two iconic locomotives at Britain’s last surviving operational Roundhouse engine shed, in the process giving the general public the opportunity they have been asking for since the locomotives’ arrival in the UK earlier this year – the chance to see the locomotives in a genuine working environment alongside other locomotives including A4 4464 Bittern and A1 60163 Tornado and A2 60532 Blue Peter.
