Barry Rouxs cross examination has really got me thinking about memory, thought, suggestion, truth, planted ideas, percieved truth, credibility and reliability. You think you heard 4 shots because you were told there was four so now your mind has filled the gaps and the stories youve read or told have become memories. I have a clear memory, seeing myself being pushed in a pram as a baby to my grannys house. But this is impossible because I can picture my mother pushing me. But if Im in the pram I could never have seen her pushing me. And yet I have this clear memory and recollection. So what formed it? Stories I heard about it? Knowing it happened? Images og my sister being pushed 4 or 5 years later? How do I have this clear memory of being pushed in a pram?
