Bart management is not honoring the Unions good faith concessions back when the economy tanked. They have not had a raise in four years, and they cut their benefits at that time as well. Bart managements current offer is designed to cut their costs and increase their profits by making the employees pay the rising cost of health care. This as Bart has recorded record profits, and is scheduled for expansion and is sure to further increase their profit margin, especially if they can browbeat the Unions into accepting this bad faith offer. Guess they took a cue from Michigan government Union breaking tactics. They stink! Greed!
