Barton Moss. Its not the end but it is TTFN, au revoir and cheerio for now. It had become part of daily life for many, not just those physically participating. Not just in the UK either, streaming video went all over the World via Occupy Global News Network, something that has grown massively thanks to the likes of Lorenzo Obi Abadinas , Kris ⓦⓚⓓ ODonnell , Dan Cole and others. News bought live to your PC in an instant. Although Balcombe was a first for many it was massive, a metropolis in comparison and just coming to know a few characters could only be done with the help of Social media. Barton Moss has been entirely different. Barton Moss has let us viewing be more intimate with the people, we got to know Vanda, Diane, Markus and Frank, we had insights into their lives, not entirely but they grew to be part of our daily routine. We watched their struggles, their arrests and their escape from captivity at Swinton. We were all sad, upset and angry when Vanda and Ag were put in prison for a few days.....How could peacefully protesting warrant such punishment when so many real criminals are on our streets or even in Parliament. I cant mention all those whom Ive come to know, I would fail, forget someone and that would make me feel awful. Salford has proved beyond all doubt the desolate North is full of heart. Theres been arguments, bickering, fall outs etc but isnt that family, isnt that love ? Barton Moss has proved we are all family, some closer than others but family none the less. Brothers, Sisters, Mums and Dads, Cousins and second cousins twice removed in America......Thats Ping on Occupy NN btw. One big massive family. The bad things, the abuse, the violence of the TAU will forever remain as a vision in minds and there has been so much but the people, the characters of Salford have ensured that walking away will be hard, it will be hard because despite the suffering, despite the awful arrests, people will be walking away from love and family. Leaving loved ones behind is never easy......and for those of us that have watched this Occupy epic, live on screen, in full choppy vision it will be a sad ending to part one of a story.....Barton Moss ends on a cliff hanger.....Will the protectors beat fracking ? We await part II in eager anticipation...... Salford we love ya
