Baseballs hall of fame. 500 homers used to get you in, authomatically. The names Mays, McCovey, Killebrew, Schmidt, Jackson, Robinson, Banks are familiar. But along comes the steroid era and everyone except my Mom is hitting 50 homers a year. Guys are actually approaching the immortals, Aaron, Ruth, Mays, 1,2,3 of all time because of steroids. Suddenly, we have guys we feel dont really deserve Hall induction, McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, Alex Rodriguez hitting 50 homers and 500 total. We feel it shouldnt be that easy to hit 50 in a season, nor hit 500 homers. Clearly Bonds would have hit 500 and been a Hall candidate without roids. But the rest?
