Based on a True Story 5 mins ago :P - As my m.tech is about to get over, i was finding some good journals for publishing my research. I found a site which indexes thousands of journals... i was looking for a journal with good impact factor :P :P I found a list there which displayed over 2000 journals. Next, I got the access to the admin panel of the website. And finally owns over 250 domains and 34 Indian journals :P :P :P =)) Story Over! :P ;) LOL! :P
