Based on the Frank Sinatra post and claims of a motorcycle air filter in use, I scored this for $6 on ebay. I will report back this week with successes/failures etc..However this thing looks like it came off the set of Dr. Who. I would absolutely love to ditch using pop filters that attach to microphone stands or whatever and just have something that rests on the microphone itself. Sure it can be hit or whatever, but the bottom ring is rubber and can help with body resonances so theres a positive in that aspect. Anyhoo, onward and upward :)
