Based upon the article in the Wichita Eagle writen by Denise Neil, Linda Gregory and I had lunch on Friday at the new Bento Cafe at 550 N. Ridge Road. I took the plunge and ate my first Sushi. Linda had the fruit Sushi and I had the Dragon Sushi Roll. It tasted great and I am working on the fact that the tuna did not appear to have been cooked. Warning-----Do NOT eat the green dollop on the side since it probably is wasabi which was hotter than hades. I will go back since it also has a build your own burrito and other Mexican food. I think I will also eat the sushi again.
