Batch Cooking Day 7: Overnight Oats Wrapping up the week with one of our favorite recipes. All you need is a mason jar! Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk (or any nut milk), 1 tbsp chia seeds, a dash of cinnamon and slivered almonds, twist on a lid, and shake to combine. Stick in the fridge overnight and youll have a healthy breakfast waiting for you in the morning!
