Batman most people know the old tune Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah Batman ! Bless Adam Wests,cotton socks.The campy old American show from the 60s ,when trouble was brewing ,the oirish chief of police was stumped and the chips were down ,who could they turn to? Batman of course. This is a super hero with out any super powers,he can not fly,is not super duper strong,he depends on toys.Like the batmarang,plus a big thick utility belt that carries all manner of bibs and bobs,to help him cope against any foe,s evil schemes. Also when you hit somebody,do little balloon words float over head .For instance zap,pow , zonk. Also the boy blunder,his tight wearing chum,slapping gloved fist into gloved fist at every question posed by batman,what a dynamic duo they made..capes,masks,briefs over Lycra tights,villains would end up laughing to death at the comical pair of crime fighters ,who could take that costumed ninny seriously. And why Batman as a Monica,.? Bats are not strong,they flap about blindly but have a unique sonar system to detect objects,Batman doesnt. Christian Bale plays the new Batman,incased in body armour all over,how does the poor boy go for a pee.He also uses a rasping voice for talking as the Bat....Why? His face is completely covered by a mask,nobody knows who he is or what he looks like,unlike his alter ego Bruce(look at me with my millions)Wayne .An obnoxious spoilt attention seeking brat. The two players of the character I have mentioned are three decades apart,they both have there quirks and idiocies,the latter Bat being big box office fare.Soon Ben(the chin)affleck will done the cape and tights,is there life in the old Bat yet!!! What do you think?
