Be it teaching, or attending a class.. besides exploring my own body, challenge myself to different styles, execution or way of moving, speed, agility & all those blah blah blah sooooo many things i can continue to work on... i ALWAYS love watching individual dancers & pick up what i like so i can try or add it on & explore myself:)) as much as people always thank me for a class, jus wanna share that i learn from yall too & thats how amazing dance is. It works both way & its not totally systematic. Theres jus so many possibilities & creativity in it, it seems endless. E reason for my late night no sleep, crazy dark circles is because i can really watch e same video a million times i needa stop!
