Beautiful funeral today(our own Father Stephen Craft did the service)....I was only able to attend the funeral part(with my hubbie) but was able to catch the slide show of Normas life back in the room after the ceremony with lots of lovely flowers and portraits of the couple. Gary so shines when he speak of her and her sons shared memories also that made us laugh with them in recalling the years of their lives. My mother shared many of the same \\ stories from General Sullivans burial to day in Washington DC that she attended. Both of our couples had been married 49 years but knew thier spouses longer and shared so many military memories and beyond than most of us can imagine. I treasure being an Army wife and all the years my husband served all over the world and I want everyone of you treasure what your lives have given you so far and remember you need to treasure many more years to come of your family, friends and the GOD who gave it to us.
