Check out this event: https://facebook/events/512970052180785 This Saturday the 23rd of august join us in Ferguson, Mo as we gather to heal a community by planting the fall crops and tidying things up in an urban farm. We need lots of help and the community needs lots of healing. We will make another food desert free farmers market caravan so please join us . Located at : 801 S. Florissant Rd. Ferguson, MO 63135 Update : part 2 Coffee and tea of course will be on the scene light snacks available planting seeds ,and seedlings . Repositioning the irrigation system and adding a new irrigator head including a valve gang head for easy use . In order to stress community we are asking that those attending bring a potluck dish for lunch. It isnt mandatory but merely suggested. : ) We will harvest food very early that morning from the GG mother allotment and will distribute it amongst the locals in need of fresh produce.
