Becky says Hi I have a 12 year old boy with ADHD and autism, he has terrible trouble getting to sleep at night which is hard on both of us. Any tips would be very much appreciated 😊 also a drug called melatonin has been mentioned, I have been steering clear of any more medication as he is already on meds for his ADHD but some nights he isnt going to sleep till 12-1am and then we have to get up at 6.45am for school, Im now getting quite desperate for some sleep and Im having to drag him out of bed in the morning ! any experiences with melatonin that could be shared to help me with this decision would also be appreciated. Thanks x
