Been dragging my foot around yesterday and today! Woke up Friday morning with huge cramp in lower calf and then foot was dead! Rode bike and when I went to get off it and stood on foot I just about fell over! haha Wasnt too funny then, it scared me cause hard to hold bike up when falling over with it! Good thing I had helmut on! I walk around like; drag plop, drag plop all day. Stumbled walking around side of house and just about fell. I forgot about the dead foot! haha weird. Back has been out and stomach is bothering me again. Had to take gravel to go to sleep last night. Better take a couple so I can sleep tonight too. Maybe I can go see grand daughter tomorrow. Miss my little family!
