Been thinking lots about our eating habits. Learning all the time what foods are making me well, and others to avoid. Today I was craving simple dip n chips. But looked at all the supermarket dips, which all contained one of the following- gluten, canola oil, soy, dairy or a whole bunch of nasty preservatives. In the end we opted to make our own humus, served with a simple rice cake, and some salad. Learn to read ingredients, and to know what they do in your body.. It really could help your health, in many ways. :-)
