Been wondering what Personal Training might do for you? This is Boshkas client, Linda. Linda told Boshka a few months ago that shed just love to be able to do one unassisted pull-up. Hundreds of pull-ups later Linda got her one precious unassisted pull up and set her sights on 3 unbroken unassisted pull-ups. When she conquered that she went for 5 before the end of the year, and this video has Linda getting through 4 and a half. She got her 5 a few days later. Linda is 52. Nothing is stopping her from being her best. Such amazing things happen in our PT sessions, from conquering amazing raw strength moves like this right through to reaching goals like improving core strength to eradicate back pain, passing fitness tests to get into the police force and/or army, losing 10 and plus kg, improving specific class-related techniques and getting fit enough to enter fun runs and bike ride challenges.
