Been wrestling with PayPal. It’s is giving the following message for many credit card payments: We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment. For some browsers, this problem can be resolved by clearing or deleting cookies. Message 4011 After calling PayPal – this is a temporary issue where a purchaser puts through a CC or email address (or other details presumably) already associated with a PayPal account. They assured me that the message will be made more informative soon.
