Before I delete my Facebook for good... I just wanna say thanks to everyone, the journey I took the past 2months changed my life as Jon & I said out final goodbyes yesterday... I would like to thank him for all he did for two months stepped in from day one and took on a role of a parent, and a amazing boyfriend...
