Before I took this 3rd shift job I was a parent that never missed any of my sons school events. I attended everything no matter how small. Since working at Mahle I feel as though Im less of a parent. It saddens me that I rarely see my boy and I be too tired to attend his events and share his accomplishments with him. I need the money but do I give up being a supportive parent to get it. Something has to give real soon.
