Before his death, spy thriller novelist Tom Clancy, inspired the development of a video game for PS4 and Xbox 1. The third person shooter game is scheduled to be released in 2015. It is called The Division. Tom Clancy based it on Operation Dark Winter and Directive 51. Operation Dark Winter was the code name for a REAL, biological, terrorist attack simulation conducted by the U.S. government in June 2001. The scenario involved a smallpox attack in Oklahoma City. The participants in the exercise were some of the highest ranking defense and national security officials in America at the time. The Dark Winter exercise showed that a fast spreading virus would result in massive civilian causalities from both the virus and the breakdown of society and mob violence. The Dark Winter exercise led President Bush to sign Presidential Directive 51 on May 4, 2007. Little is known about Directive 51 because it is classified. We know that it claims extraordinary Presidential powers to execute procedures for continuity of government in the event of a catastrophic emergency. Since Directive 51 has never been rescinded (repealed or cancelled), it is imperative that we comprehend and fully understand that Barry Soetoro (birth name of Barack Obama) fully knows what is inside the directive. ~Rick Wiles
