Before starting my season last year I hurt my back, slipped 2 disks and was bed ridden for weeks before I could even walk normally again. Still went on to compete, but due to herniated disks I couldnt train the muscle group I had to improve on most, that led to a lot of missed opportunities. This is what happens when you put the emphasis on making yourself better. In one year I got wider and thicker. Mind over matter people, I tailored a workout around my goals, areas I needed to improve on, some people criticize the exercises or form I use, but after seeing progress they ask how I did it.
