Before the season fades into mediocrity action needs to be taken now. I would sack Dickov, get Di Canio in. He turned a similar size club into a successful league one unit, installs passion in the players, his charisma would improve attendances and there would never be a dull moment. He may not be everybodys cup of tea but to me he is a living legend. Exactly what Rovers need to give their season a lift.
