Before you give your time, energy, spill-over or love to a new downline you need to make sure they are right. Use strict criteria to identify future leaders. They must want it. Sometimes someone will work hard for a few months and then something changes in their life and they ignore the business and they ignore you. There is little you can do about it. Don’t waste your time with these people, try to find someone in the depth to work with or move on to the next core team member. Has this happened to you?
